  • 22 years service, responsible for the regulatory affairs of AkzoNobel yacht & marine brands
  • Currently Chairman of IPPIC (International Paint and Printing Ink Council) antifouling working group. IPPIC has NGO status at IMO (International Maritime Organisation) and represents the global paint industry at this forum
  • Represents International Paint in the European Paint Makers Association (CEPE) antifouling working group. This group interfaces with European authorities on antifouling issues.
  • Represents IP-USA (International and Interlux) on the North American Paint Manufacturers Association antifouling working group, interfacing with US-EPA on antifouling issues
  • Represents IP in British Coatings Federation Marine Coatings Group
  • Active in discussions concerning antifouling paints with regulatory authorities throughout the world.
