But of course, water is always more than just water. Therefore with so many
other factors to consider from salinity to temperature, paint can never be ‘just’ paint.
A typical formula can contain as many as 20 different components, the atoms of each sharing or transferring electrons to form the hydrogen bonds that hold everything together and stabilise the chemical compound. Change one component and all the others change, sometimes unpredictably.
So just as we all have a right to enjoy the world’s seas and oceans, we all share a common duty to protect and care for them – which is why the most important ingredient in our products is know-how.
